Four-Way Pancake Topping

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup raspberry preserves, orange marmalade,
    apricot preserves or strawberry preservesMelt butter in a heavy saucepan. Stir in honey and preserves or marmalade. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Serve hot over pancakes.
