Crock Pot Spanish Rice
| Ingredients | |||
| 2 | pound | beef, ground | |
| 1 | each | onion, chopped | |
| 1 | each | green pepper, chopped | |
| 1 | each | tomatoes, 28 oz can, stewed | |
| 1 | each | tomato sauce, 16 oz can | |
| 1 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 2 1/2 | teaspoon | chili powder (or to taste) | |
| 1 | salt, to taste | ||
| 2 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 2 | cup | rice, converted | |
| 3 | each | celery, stalks, chopped | |
Directions: | |||
| Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 7 to 9 hours or on High 3 hours. Stir in cheese and sprinkle on top (if desired). | |||
