3 ounces light brown sugar

1 ounce Louisiana¨ hot sauce

1 ounce paprika

3 ounces Lea & Perrins¨ Worcestershire Sauce

3 whole fresh green onion -- chopped

Mix all of the above together well. Stuff in casing.
