Preparation
# Pour the lime or lemon juice into a cocktail shaker then add the rum and sugar
# Add the cracked ice and shake well
# Dip the rim of a glass into fruit juice then dip in caster sugar to frost the rim
# Pour in the shaken daiquiri and serve
