Ingredients
  1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup water
3 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp chopped chives

Preparation
  Blend together nonfat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives. In medium- size skillet melt butter; when hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set. Serve immediately.
