Preparation
Combine green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and pepperoni in large bowl. Add wine, olive oil, and Italian seasoning; toss gently. Marinate mixture at room temperature one hour. Cook rotini according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Add to marinated vegetable mixture; stir in Mozzarella cheese, tossing gently. Spoon pasta mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over pasta, completely covering it. Cover and bake at 350? F. for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Romano cheese; bake an additional 5 minutes.
