Combine ingredients in a small bowl blending well. The book
says you can use 1 tsp soy sauce instead of miso, but I have
never tried it. This dressing is very tangy. I use it on
everything.

Mix everything together and let sit a bit to meld flavors. Serve any old way you want, i.e. with rice and beans, over fresh greens, with tofu dishes, etc. Very yummy.

Boil husked tomatillos, serranos, and peeled garlic in water for 15-20 minutes. Remove, drain off water and transfer to a blender. Snip in some cilantro, shake in some pepper and blend. Eat in one sitting.
Combine all ingredients and puree. Dressing will be very thick and clings very well to greens. Store in tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Shake well before serving, as the dressing separates.
