Flaxen Cereal Bars
Mix peanut butter, syrup and vegan sugar.
Warm till fairly runny, do not boil.
Stir in flax and vanilla. Pour mixture
over cereal and mix. Press into oiled
9x13 pan. I used Earth Balance spread
to oil the pan, and to help press the
mixture down.
Hungry Human Cereal Mix
Pour each cereal type individually into a deep
bowl to form 4 layers. Add soy milk. Microwave
for 60 seconds, or eat as is. Stir and enjoy!
Nutrition Information: About 300 calories per
serving and practically no fat, a whole lot of
fibre and the cereal
Brown Rice Breakfast Cereal
Cook brown rice according to package directions. Put as
much as you want into cereal bowl. Add chopped apples,
slivered almonds and raisins. Top with a bit of maple syrup
and soy milk. You can keep cooked brown rice in the
refrigerator and microwave desired

Mix margarine, peanut butter and 12 ounce chocolate chips in corning ware or microwave dish. Microwave for 2 minutes or until ingredients are melted and stir. Add Chex cereal to coat with mixture. In a brown grocery bag put powdered sugar in and then add coated cereal, twist opening of bag shut.
