Put chillies and garlic in blender and grind, adding a little of the plum sauce to keep

Chop veggies, mix in blender with oil, water, juice and tamari until smooth (blend less if
chunkier dressing is preferred). Then, while blender is still running, add tahini a scoop

Pour olive oil into a bowl, set aside. Juice lemon with
either a hand juicer or reamer. Take juice and add to oil,
